 Because vibrotactile aids are considered hearing-aid devices, we cannot sell directly to the general public. Tactile aids must be purchased through a hearing health care professional, school, or government agency. Sometimes, charitable organizations such as Easter Seals or Lion's Club will assist in purchasing a tactile aid. However the unit is acquired, it is important that the potential user have a training program. Each of our devices comes with a training manual.
